Bacon-Wrapped Bratwursts

6 bacon slices
6 (3 oz) bratwursts
1 Tbs olive oil
2 onions, sliced
2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
6 hot dog buns
Directions
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each bratwurst. Use 2 to 3 toothpicks to hold bacon in place.
- Place a soaked skewer through each bratwurst. Cook bacon-wrapped bratwursts on the grill over medium-high heat. Rotate bratwursts twice while cooking. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes, or until bratwursts and bacon are completely cooked.
- Coat a medium skillet with olive oil. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté over medium-high heat until tender. Serve bacon-wrapped bratwursts in buns with onions and bell peppers. Serve warm.
